Early Bird registration will be available beginning April 20, 2026. Check back then to take advantage of Early Bird pricing and reserve your spot.

SNUG is built on peer learning. Whether you're a seasoned presenter or sharing for the first time, your experience is welcomed and valued.
Presenter benefits include: • Discounted registration for one session • Free registration for multiple sessions • Entry into hotel room upgrade and discounted room rate drawings
The conference hotel is the Westin Peachtree Plaza, with a SNUG room rate of $229/night plus tax.
Group rate deadline: September 20, 2026
For a full refund of registration costs, written notice of cancellation must be received by August 14, 2026.
A 50% refund of registration costs will be granted with written notice of cancellation received by September 13, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after September 13, 2026. Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure for any reason.
Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from their organization.
