Board responsibilities may shift slightly from year to year based on the experience, interests, and needs of the current board.
Officers provide leadership for the organization and oversee key operational areas that support SNUG’s mission, member engagement, and conference planning.
Leads the Board of Directors and oversees the organization’s overall operations and conference planning.
Prepares to assume the presidency while supporting conference planning and board initiatives.
Provides continuity and guidance based on prior leadership experience.
If the Past President position is vacant, these responsibilities may be shared by the President and President-Elect.
Manages the financial operations of the organization.
Manages organizational records and supports board communications and documentation.
Directors-at-Large support board committees, strengthen member communication, and help carry out operational and conference-related work across the organization.
Directors-at-Large responsibilities may shift each year based on the board’s needs and the strengths of current directors.
