  • Learn best practices on how to manage database refreshes from our technical services team. This session will cover database management best practices and the practical applications of doing refreshes for your districts. This session is recommended for DBAs, systems analysts, and IT professionals.
  • Discover the best ways to utilize expectation reporting when balancing & reconciling your payrolls in BusinessPlus. This will be a workshop-style session that will walk through all best practices. This session is recommended for payroll managers, teams, and support technical resources.
  • Learn how to handle the full position allocation life cycle from end to end. This session will walk through current methods on how districts are successfully managing the position lifecycle at their school districts. This session is recommended for Human resources, Budget, and Finance professionals.
  • In this session, the PowerSchool Technical Services team will walk you through all the different aspects of using the Advanced Workflow tools. This session is recommended for systems, business, and IT professionals wanting to empower your district to utilize electronic workflow capabilities.
  • Discover modern practices used by many school districts utilizing eFinancePlus to manage personnel, positions, and recruitment. This session will cover how to use the PowerSchool ecosystem for personnel management and eFinancePlus as your system of record. This session is recommended for human capital professionals and system analyst.
  • Learn more about best practices for all aspects of procurement in eFinancePlus. This session will cover how to get the most value out of your procurement operation processes. This session is recommended for Accounting, Finance, and procurement professionals.

Get the most out of the conference by adding Monday PowerSchool Workshops!

Attend one of our half day sessions for only $300 each!  Times for the sessions will run 8:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Check-in for the pre-conference sessions will begin at 7:30 a.m. Breakfast will be provided from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Registration is open to conference attendees and remotely for SNUG Membership districts.  

Please be aware of the following: 

1. If you would like to register for more than one session, you will need to register for each session separately to reserve your seat.

2. A Purchase Order or credit card payment is required to confirm your attendance.

3. Please email your purchase order to Wes Durham, servicessolutions@powerschool.com. POs for the pre-conference sessions should be made out to PowerSchool Group LLC, 150 Parkshore Dr., Folsom, CA 95630.

4. If you would like to pay by credit card, please stand byPlease note that you must register for your session prior to making payment. 

Cancellation Policy:  You will need to notify PowerSchool at least 10 days prior to event if you are unable to attend your registered session.  Otherwise your district will be invoiced for the session.  Also, cancellation of registration for the Conference itself does not cancel your registration for the Pre-Conference sessions.  Please email servicessolutions@powerschool.com with any cancellation notifications or questions.

Registration for a Pre-Conference session does not register you for the conference itself.
