Please be sure you do not register yourself multiple times. Please add your participants to your bundle and then register them for the conference. Note that each registrant needs a unique email address entered in order to view the conference schedule. Failure to do so will cause delays in processing.

Refund and Substitution Policy
For a Full Refund of registration costs, a written notification of your cancellation must be received by September 14, 2018. A 50% refund of registration costs will be granted with written cancellation notice by September 28, 2018.
We regret there can be no refunds after September 28, 2018. Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from your site.
