    Please be sure you do not register yourself multiple times. Please add your participants to your bundle and then register them for the conference. Note that each registrant needs a unique email address entered in order to view the conference schedule. Failure to do so will cause delays in processing.

     * Early Bird Registration for the conference will remain open through July 31st.

    You must provide a Purchase Order number and a copy of your PO to jgates@lphs.org if not paying by PAYPAL.

    Refund and Substitution Policy

    For a Full Refund of registration costs, a written notification of your cancellation must be received by September 15, 2017. A 50% refund of registration costs will be granted with written cancellation notice by September 26, 2017.

    We regret there can be no refunds after September 26, 2017.  Refunds will also not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.

    Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to replace another individual from your site.

    Get the most out of the Conference with Monday Workshops!

    Half Day Sessions are $250 and Full Day Sessions are $500.  Please do not send payment at this time.  PowerSchool will invoice your organization directly for the training session upon completion of the class.  

    Check-in for the pre-conference sessions will begin at 7:30 a.m.  Breakfast will be provided from 7:00-9:00 a.m. Lunch will be on your own and lunch options will be available at registration time.

    The Half Day sessions will run from 8:30-11:30 and 1:00-4:00.  Full Day sessions will run from 8:30-4:00 with a break from 11:30-1:00.

    If you would like to register for more than one session, you will need to register for each session separately.  Please be aware that a Purchase Order Number is required at time of registration.

    Cancellation Policy:  You will need to notify PowerSchool at least 10 days prior to event if you are unable to attend your registered session.  Otherwise your district will be invoiced for the session.  Also, cancellation of registration for the Conference itself does not cancel your registration for the Pre-Conference sessions.  Please email amy.knouse@powerschool.com with any cancellation notifications or questions.
